does not cover losses due to Flood.
You will need to have Flood Insurance coverage.
Take a moment to review your Homeowner's Insurance Policy and take note of your Hurricane Deductible.
A claim will deduct that deductible amount from the damage you are claiming. A claim below the deductible (where you don't receive payment), will count as a reported claim with your insurance carrier and may affect your premium.
Please do not prune or begin cleanup activities
or place trash out on the curb during a Tropical Storm,
a Hurricane Watch or a Hurricane Warning.
The Town of Miami Lakes, and the County
will not conduct any pick up services.
