Send email (click below) to association Board of Directors with the following information:

• Description of exterior changes
• Name of homeowner
• Address of property
• email address

Process:

Once email is received with completed Modification Form by Association Board of Directors, a review of the request will be conducted and if within HOA standards, an approval letter will be returned to you for submittal to the Town of Miami Lakes with your other permit documentation.
